A teenager or young adult who exhibits strange or disturbing behaviors as a result of taking methylphenidates as a child to treat ADD or ADHD.

Person 1: Oh my god! Why is that guy rocking back and forth? Is he retarded?
Person 2: No, that's Steve, he's just a meth baby.
