Penal Fly 

The act, or skill, of getting a common house fly to land on the tip of the penis. The subtle movements caused by it's tiny legs have been known to bring on ejaculation.

You can also try and coax the fly inside the penis, for inner shaft stimulation.

NB: Never try with a wasp.
