(Adjective) a phrase that describes any female or groups of females who have an excessive amount of Cellulite (i.e. cottage cheese, orange peel appearance) all over their legs, thighs, and or stomach.

Mike's pool party was packed with a bunch of fat ugly skanks with TONS of cellulite and nasty tattoos. Talk about cellulite city!
