Sometimes known as MP. A penis that when erect is longer than 9" and has a circumference of no less than 7" (diameter of slightly more than 2"). Prolonged sexual intercourse with such an MP will likely cause vagina pain that lasts at least a week. This is not to be confused with miniscule penis, as it is the polar opposite.
