Pronounced: Kway-goh.
A combination of the derogatory forms of 'Queer' and 'Gooch'. Used to describe someone who is acting in a similar manner to the derogatory forms of either or both the root words.
"You just stole my last beer you quego!"
"Aw man, those quego's just ran off with my mailbox..."
