Originally named after an efficient replacement for santa claus. Jorby is anything that is better than the original. This particularly applies to anything good within a workforce. This includes better productivity, salesmanship, a young go-getter etc. Jorby is masculinity, cuteness, power, sex-appeal, and testosterone all rolled into one appealing package. Related to jorbify

Named after the actions of jorby. The act of vastly improving something. To make something infinitely better, ie streamlined. To revolutionize an industry, etc.

Wow, that guy jorbified the office and now it's running at 200% capacity!
