Niggarant

A descriptive word that may be used as a noun or adjective referencing a person or behavior from the lowest caste or class in society. The person may be from any race or cultural background as long as they acting ignorant.

(noun) The niggarant over there just spit right on the floor of the subway.
(adj) Please don't start displaying your niggarant behaviors at the dinner table...or I'll be leaving the restaurant.

A descriptive word for the behaviors exhibited by chronic users of crystal methamphetamine and/or crack cocaine.

That tweeker is so craxy she can't even sit down for more than five minutes.
