A descriptive word that may be used as a noun or adjective referencing a person or behavior from the lowest caste or class in society. The person may be from any race or cultural background as long as they acting ignorant.

(noun) The niggarant over there just spit right on the floor of the subway.
(adj) Please don't start displaying your niggarant behaviors at the dinner table...or I'll be leaving the restaurant.

An African-American "Karen" that calls 911 on her own people for no identifiable reason.

That sister over there is a Blaren, calling the police on me for playing my music loud.
