psychopenia

literally the shrinking of the psyche or the brain. It is synonymous with losing it mentally or being close minded. It also implies (like sarcopenia) that if you exercise your mind/brain you can improve.

I forgot my phone, my keys, and then I got
lost. I must have psychopenia.

People who are prejudiced against others suffer from a form of psychopenia.
