Bellhorn

BELLHORN is term coined by Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission (FWC) Officers during routine shakedowns of boaters. It is a combination of two words, bell and horn. Them officer asks the boater to provide a whistle, bellhorn or signaling device, to which the boater responds, A bellhorn? What's that? The officer then replies I asked to see a whistle, a bell or a horn, what did you not understand? The officer then notes this interaction in the affidavit as a clue or evidence of intoxication or impairment.
