baby hoochie

A young girl (ages 8-13) that thinks she is a teenager. These girls walk around malls and such places with too much make-up on and and too little/too tight clothing.

EWW Look! The baby hoochies are all gathered around Hot Topic! Someone should really do something about this....they're everywhere!
