Hyperthetical

(Hi-pur-th-eh-tee-cal)
The dishonest practice of creating a hypothetical situation so extreme, that any honest answer to it would make the defending party seem utterly morally dubious to force a dishonest concession rather than any actual logical consensus on the topic.
"If god told you to kill a baby would you do it? Because in the old testament in the book of Samuel; he did!!"
"That's a "Hyperthetical" God wouldn't make us do that in a post new covenant world!"

Hyper-Umbrellism

pounced (Hi-pur-umb-rel-is-um)
The dishonest practice of placing distinct and and important terms into the same definition to support ones argument, whether it be medical, political, or any other terms that are distinct but forced into the same definition for someone's dishonest argument
"Hey chud, don't you know TRT is gender affirming care?"
"That's Hyper-Umbrellism, I take TRT because I can't produce it anymore due to an injury, not to affirm my gender"
