When you feel bad for or have sympathy for a simp; aka a guy (or girl) who is desperately trying to get someone to like them. Instead of criticizing the guy or girl for being a simp, you take a minute and realize how lucky you are that you are not a simp.

It is also the name of a Season 2 episode of the hit ‘80’s show Miami Vice.
