A term used to describe when someone is acting like a childish boob.

Friend 1: Look at John the way he's walking around the bar.

Friend 2: Mo man looks like a Weiner-Pop the way he's following around those girls.

Friend 1: Yea, they're whales too. He needs to get his act together.
