Pronounced KOOJEEN. A friend provided the following - *An Italian American girl or boy born and bred in Bensonhurst or Canarsie, Brooklyn or Staten Island. The girls have the big flipped hair, speak with a Brooklyn accent and never do anything outside their neighborhood.
