A disliked or annoying person. Originates from the idea that people who lie and deceive suffer from stress. The stress leading to stomach conditions, and then stomach operations: a person requiring a colostomy bag.

That guy's just a freaking gutbag.

grobulate

To defeat or pulverize; to completely overcome somebody in an argument/battle/conflict, often resulting in their humbling humiliation. Similar to 'annihilate'.

You just got completely grobulated.
