V. Adjective. Feeling you get in class or in an everyday conversation, in which your afraid to say something because you're afraid of sounding too stupid. In class, a teacher could be asking a question, you have an answer but you hold back for fear of sounding dumb in front of everyone else. Or are in a conversation and your afraid that what you have to say won`t add anything of value to the conversation.
In class today the teacher asked a bonus question, I had written my answer down but I didn't say it I was afrapid so I just remained silent.
