Rikkie Day

A self-proclaimed "team-building" or "mental health" day where you don't use sick leave, PTO or vacation time, but also don't do any actual work. Instead, you spend the entire workday running errands, doing chores or just living your best 9-to-5 life while your boss thinks you're grinding away.

Different from skipping out for a long lunch or ducking out early—a Rikkie Day covers the whole shift.
