80itis 

The condition of being 80otic.

One suffering from a condition which has two main symptoms:

1) The ability to both compliment and make fun of another with one phrase.

2) An incessant need to make any conversation completely ridiculous and stupid in order to anger others who take themselves too seriously

John showed his 80itis when he told Amy that she looks like a hot plus size model in her new jeans.

Sally must have 80itis or something because when asked about her political views on term limits she responded, "I Like Cheese"
