Fuckle 

Short for "Fuck-Knuckle". Refers to a person who possesses an enlarged and unsightly knuckle, or the actual knuckle itself. "Fuckles" often hinder people's ability to carry out task requiring fine hand dexterity.

"I tried to get my hand into the jar but my big Fuckle got in the way", or "I can't believe I had to button Jimmy's shirt up for him, he's such a Fuckle".
