1. The act of driving someone somewhere private to be alone, then stranding them there with no one and no way to get home
2. To pussy out on any type of commitment because of being insecure

Man: "Wow, he left you down at the beach house after you two broke up?"
Woman: "Yea, I didn't think he would Bobby Up like that."

OR

Wow, he Bobby's Up on something new everyday. It must be easy for him to put his pants on in the morning since he no sack in the way.
