A brain dead unit that has no common sense let alone road sense. Usually in lycra, riding two or more abreast congesting traffic for kms behind them. Also refered to as fuckhead, fuckwits, dumb cunts etc

Look at those fuckhead cyclists riding 2 abreast, "single file fuckheads!!"
