Regents Canoe Club's definitions
Whilst overtaking another vehicle, this is the act of winding down your window, sticking your hands out and simulating canoeing strokes with an imaginary paddle. With the intention of letting them know how slowly they're going, and that they've been overtaken by a canoe.
