"I has taken sexy back from you" means that you are willing to have sex with someone. It's just a euphemism for sex. Like Justin Timberlake. One of his songs goes "I'm takin sexy baaaack yeah!" and the phrase became quite popular.

Sporty's cousin, Jill, who thinks she can "take sexy back from" Justin if she loses 20lbs.
