What you call someone thats caught poking and peeking around in an obviously sneaky fashion. This is a reference to the movie Cool World, where the clerk at the comic shop points out a "bright eyes"

Kidney Leak

Urinating in a fashion where no force is needed, its more like a slacking of the urinal tract.

James brown got ridiculously wasted and took a kidney leak outside on the gas meter.
