Medical Denial Fetish

A niche fetish where sexual arousal comes from role-playing the denial of healthcare or rights, often tied to power dynamics and control in consensual scenarios.
Comorbidity of OCD with Antisocial Personality, Medical Denial Fetish satisfies the sexual instinct through domination of a powerless class through denial or withholding of healthcare--it may advance from role-play to often illegal implementation.

Exopatrophilia

A sexual fetish characterized by arousal or gratification derived from the act or fantasy of exerting extreme control over others through forced removal or exile, such as deportation.
In the pathology of exopatrophilia, normal sexual function becomes warped by obsession with domination and control, such that sexual appetite is satisfied by removal, exile or deportation of submissive or disadvantaged people or groups.

HOPLOPHILIA

A sexual fetish involving arousal from firearms, their use, or association with those who carry them, like police or security guards.
Many gun enthusiasts reveal a deeper pathology, their hoplophilia, when they post high volumes of photographs of their weapons instead of their partners, spouses or lovers.

Sacrilege Fetish

Sexual arousal from subverting religious settings, symbols, or figures, like churches or clergy, often tied to the thrill of breaking taboos.
Women who accentuate the sexual when dressed as Catholic nuns are engaging in sacrilege fetish.
