Failtron is the word for a fail of all fails. No other word to define such a fail.

Girl 1: "I'm back with Samuel"
Girl 2: "...who you broke up with last week?"
Girl 1: "Yeah!"
Girl 2: "LOLOLOLOL FAILTRON"
