Our Little Russian City from 1915. Legend has it Bakunin was born there and then the city was destroyed by otherworldly forces. Somehow everyone forgot about it till today. It was located close to Moscow where it reached -20°C. The locals used to communicate with underground phonk bars. The most watched show was Re:Zero
