Packing Spheres occurs when a child under 10 has a spherical equivalent eyeglass prescription in at least one eye stronger than + or - 2 Diopter OR When a person over 10 has a spherical equivalent eyeglass prescription in at least one eye stronger than + or - 6 Diopter.

In a line or large crowd of traffic, a hero has arisen when someone jets into an open lane and gains speed rapidly, trying to budge in ahead in line. The appropriate response is a hard shutdown, with the comment "There's no time for heroes, and you're not one."
