Normally used as a question 'meow?' Used to express the desire to mate...or participate in sexual intercourse.
Also the usual sound for a cat to make.

A word commonly used by cool people to express boredom, irritation, or to say 'I love you' in the extict dinosaur language.

Cool Person 1: Rawr, I'm bored.
Cool Person 2: Rawr...I'm irritated.
Cool Person3: Rawr! I love you!
