rubeast

A person who follows heir own beliefs and is most of the time against the crowd. He/she is not afraid to take any opportunity by the scruff of the neck and is almost immune to embarrassment. The person is although friendly but socially awkward and requires patience from those who desire his/her friendship.

That guy acts so strange but in a nice way. He is kind of a rubeast.
