A.K.A Pre-Meeting Poo - Going #2 right before a long meeting to avoid suffering for an hour or two. Ensures proper concentration & focus and prevents wiggling around like an idiot in front of coworkers.

Bob: Hey John, got a couple of minutes to review my proposal document?
John: Sorry dude, I got less than five minutes for a PMP before my 3 o'clock with the VP
