After the massive Toyota recall of 2010 to solve the "gas pedal gets stuck in the accelaration mode" issue, also known as "the hugest blow to the nuts that Toyota has ever experienced", Toyotanoia is the state of constantly being wary of an impending crash with an oncoming Toyota.
(Looking in the rearview mirror at a stoplight)
Driver: Oh no! That Toyota is approaching WAY too quickly
Passenger: Stop your Toyotanoia. He's totally stopping.
