When a guy take a dump in the ears and eyes of the girl counterpart stuffing them full of feces until she can no longer hear nor see whilst she proceeds to act like Helen Keller wailing about, using only her hands and mouth for the remainder of the foreplay.

My wife and I just got back from seeing the play "The Miracle Worker" and god knows she could go for a good rusty squirrel right about now.
