Puppalo is slang for pup + juggalo, pup as in human pup a person who acts and behaves like a pup/dog and a juggalo which is a fan of icp (insane clown posse) or any band/artist from the record label "psychopathic records"

You can find his music on rap fame on the app store under the username lilchandleroffical he also has a youtube channel of which he hasn't posted to yet who's a FtM trans dude who's a 14 year old rapper. He named himself after Chandler bing from friends! His middle name is Kayden Bing (not legally) his name is also Chandler (not legally)
