A word used in the northern & middle counties of the UK to describe something or someone that is feeble or weak.

"That's a wazzy cup of tea (too weak)".
"She looks a bit wazzy (washed out) after drinking too much last night".

That was a wazzy (feeble) effort, put some muscle into pushing".

clarted can mean blocked, covered, congested or just too much of something.

The Motorway was all clarted up after Junction 31 because of an accident.

The tube on his hearing aid was clarted up with earwax.
