The state of your being, usually inquired about in the form of a casual greeting.

Person One: "Hey man, how's your babyhead?"
Person Two: "Oh man, my babyhead is popped-off."

A positive response indicating that you are doing well, often given in reponse to the question "How's your babyhead?"

Person 1: "Say girl, I haven't seen you around in awhile. How's your babyhead?"
Person 2: "Popped-off, my man. Popped-off."
