Homotivation

1. the act or an instance of motivating an individual with relentless homosexual ridicule (including but not limitied to light and friendly east coast Cape gay banter, or jailhouse sodomy) and/or insults with the intent of success
2. the state or condition of being motivated by homosexual banter.
3. Gay jokes that motivate; inducement; incentive

John was golfing like crap so we used homotivation so he would hit his birdie putt.
