Tickles to the neck (and throat). A portmanteau of the words "neck" and "tickles".

Just before I tickle my kids under the chin and back of the neck, I scream "NECKLES!"

Neckles are a special type of tickle that derive their characteristic sensation from the lightness of touch on a sensitive area.

spinorty

really well-presented, usually when someone is dressed well; a very handsomely presented guy would be spinorty (suit, tie, shoes, etc...). This is a special word that particularly emphasizes a difference in presentation.

"Man, you're all 'spinorty' tonight..."
