tiger arms

When someone with an excessive amount of arm acne continually squeezes and picks at it. The resulting scars and marks give the impression of the stripes on a tiger. Occurs mostly in the upper arm areas.

Brooke looked so hot, but then she took off her jacket revealing a gross pair of tiger arms.
