Cooter Cup 

The act of taking ones hand, which has been formed into a cup, and cupping a female's genitilia. Generally this act is one swift motion of cupping hand, swinging arm, and making contact with the cooter; most importantly this is meant to be UNPLEASURABLE.

I was cooter cupped so hard that my dress was jammed between my legs.

You can't cooter cup a boy because they don't have a cooter.
