A shortening of the phrase “Pathetic Rioter”, popularised in the UK and US. Typically identified by being wrapped in a flag, shouting things that are racist, historically illiterate or vaguely unhinged into a loudspeaker. Often claims to be defending “freedom” while demanding that large sections of the population stop existing.
Frequently found at rallies, comment sections, or outside accommodation housing asylum seekers, whom they have recently decided are a threat to their “very identity”. Believes themselves to be part of a silent majority, despite rarely being silent.
