A man who does anything with another man that does not involve anything 'below the belt'.

Pete Wentz (Peter Lewis Kingston Wents III) - Fall Out Boy bassist, is 'gay above the belt' He has been known to kiss men but says he has and will not engage in any act 'below the belt' with a member of the same gender.
