Whole focussing hard on a task or a job, your mind will start to switch off while your body is still operating at a high level.

It’s during this time you seem to get your best quality of work done.

Person 1: “hey can you come help me with-“

Person 2: “don’t interrupt me I’m in Zen-Mode.”
