And altogether being made into this version of something that is terrible. I’m scared, as a woman, every day, that I will be raped. I’m scared of every man I don’t know. I didn’t create that fear. You did. I’ve been forced to sit through entire subway rides where an 80 year old man is staring at my chest, smiling.
