Swollen Knuckle

The act of pinching one's scrotum between the fingers so a testicle is forced out between the knuckles, resulting in an apparent swollen knuckle.

Dude, I think I broke my finger. (Looking down at Swollen Knuckle) No wait, its just my testicle.
