Sauce Herpes is when the most ignorant person in your household neglects to wipe the excess sauce off the opening of the sauce bottle, leaving it to dry and become crusty...much like Herpes.

"Hey do you want some ketchup?"

"Yea, only if it doesn't have Sauce Herpes"
