Konsor 

A group of cyclists that would travel to small towns to sell snake oil remedies for sore feet. It was said other villagers would warn others saying "becarful, it's a con Sir", which translated to these cyclist scammers being labeled as a konsor

The konsors are back out with their bicycles, lock your doors and don't go out
