Member of the Democratic Party in the United States who, out of cowardice or unprincipled self-interest, collaborates with (rather than opposes) the fascist and anti-Constitutional policies of the Republican Party, or of neo-conservatives more generally. Derived from the Vichy French who collaborated with the Nazis during World War II.
