Ass Guitar

When the ass hairs on either side of your cheeks stick to the other cheek, you are able to strum it. Hence the name "Ass Guitar". Usually occurs due to swamp ass.

Man 1: Damn, i have swamp ass like you'd never believe!
Man 2: Well do you have an ass guitar?
Man 1: No
Man 2: Ive had worse
