Evil boredom is a phrase typically used by neurodivergent people, usually people with adhd, to describe the type of boredom that is particularly grueling. The type of boredom that if you don't do anything, you will explode.

"Man, I got the evil boredom, but nothing feels appealing right now, but I'll explode if I don't do something."
